area based on your needs. The assessment includes a “walk through
and verification” from scheduling through account resolution. The
assessment measures key processes against current industry best practices.
The report will be focused on the implementation steps needed to install recommended
best practices and includes a comparison to industry benchmarks. Implementation
services include: team and work plan development, management of the implementation
process and leadership reporting to assure timely and successful implementation. |
