Revenue Cycle Assessment and Implementation

The HCP assessment process covers the revenue cycle from scheduling through final account disposition.  HCP can also focus on a specific revenue cycle area based on your needs.  The assessment includes a “walk through and verification” from scheduling through account resolution.  The assessment measures key processes against current industry best practices.  The report will be focused on the implementation steps needed to install recommended best practices and includes a comparison to industry benchmarks.  Implementation services include: team and work plan development, management of the implementation process and leadership reporting to assure timely and successful implementation.

Interim Management

Typical reasons for interim management include for turnaround situation or a temporary vacancy that requires filling during the recruitment process.  Interim services provide the leadership bridge through the transition process.  This service is unique in that key goals are established at the start of the process and a biweekly reporting system assures goal completion on a timely basis.

Provider Based Clinic (PBC) and RHC Analysis and Implementation

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Analysis and Implementation
